Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead and inspire our retail team. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and creating a positive and productive work environment. This role requires a strong leader who is passionate about team development and achieving store performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory, merchandising, and staffing. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets. Monitor store performance through KPIs and take proactive steps to address areas of opportunity. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store in accordance with company standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional and timely manner. Recruit, train, and onboard new team members. Manage schedules, payroll, and administrative duties.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a retail management role (store manager or assistant manager level preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to drive sales and manage financial performance Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
