Job Description:

Store Manager We are looking to hire a store manager five days a week with a set schedule. Responsible for opening and closing the store, managing other employees, daily reports, cash drawer balancing, dealing with customers, listing store inventory for online sales. Willing to train the proper candidate. About us We are a well-established pawnshop with a strong customer base. We have been serving Middle Tennessee for over 25 years. Our pawnshop offers a wide range of services, including pawn loans, jewelry sales, electronics, and more. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees. Our Company specializes in lending money and buying new and pre-owned merchandise from our well established customer base. We also sell a wide variety of new and pre-owned merchandise back to our local community. We’ve been selling products nationwide through popular online sales portals for over 20 years. We deal in firearms, jewelry, computers, power tools, electronics, lawn equipment, and collectibles.

Job Type:

Full time Starting pay: $45,000 to $50,000 per year depending on qualifications or previous experience.

Ideal candidate should possess:

• Previous management experience in a retail, customer service, or pawnshop environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Computer skills are necessary.
• Able to pass a criminal background check, because we sell firearms.
• Reliable transportation.
• Sales experience a plus.
• Previous online sales experience a plus.
• Jewelry sales experience a plus.
• Previous Pawnbroker experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage other employees.
• Open and close the store.
• Daily reports, cash drawer balancing.
• Negotiate fair loan terms and sales prices, maintaining a balance between customer
  satisfaction and company profitability.
• Process pawn transactions, sales, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  using our proprietary software.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Follow company policies and legal regulations to ensure compliance and integrity in all
  transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work
  environment.
