JOB DESCRIPTION

The Guest Experience Coordinator is the vibrant face of our new luxury retail pharmacy and clinic space, combining elevated customer service, retail sales expertise, inventory management and concierge-style clinic reception and scheduling. This high-energy role welcomes every guest with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism, guiding clients through our exclusive supplement and skincare collections, monitoring and restocking product inventory, maintaining organized and visually appealing displays, and managing wellness and clinical consultation calendars with precision and care. With a naturally engaging and upbeat presence, this individual plays a critical role in creating a seamless, inviting environment for patients, clients, and visitors—delivering an unforgettable experience that reflects the excitement and excellence of the Designer Drugs Pharmacy brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

: Serve as the initial point of contact for all walk-in patients, retail shoppers, and visitors; ensure a warm, polished, and professional first impression at all times. Build lasting relationships with clients and patients by delivering consistent, personalized service tailored to individual needs and preferences. Actively drive retail sales of OTC’s, supplements, skincare, and wellness products by confidently educating customers and offering thoughtful product recommendations. Maintain expert knowledge of the Designer Plus Cosmeceuticals skincare line and communicate product benefits, application methods, and expected results with authority and enthusiasm. Proactively manage and coordinate the scheduling of treatment room appointments (red light therapy beds, shiatsu massage chairs) and pharmacist consultations using the designated calendar system. Monitor appointment flow, resolve scheduling conflicts, and provide timely reminders or confirmations to patients and clients. Manage the daily presentation of the retail floor to meet luxury merchandising standards, including inventory restocking, product displays, and cleanliness. Process retail transactions accurately using POS systems; reconcile end-of-day cash and credit sales. Support promotional events, product launches, and in-store marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth. Maintain a strong understanding of pharmacy services and seamlessly guide patients to the appropriate pharmacy team member for prescription assistance, always ensuring privacy and strict HIPAA compliance. Respond to client questions, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and urgency; escalate unresolved issues to management or pharmacists as needed. Stay informed of industry trends, product innovations, and wellness treatments to maintain a high level of expertise. Collaborate cross-functionally with pharmacists, technicians, inventory staff, and leadership to ensure seamless client and patient care.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Either a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, concierge services, or other premier, client-focused environments (with experience in pharmacy, boutique wellness centers, or spa settings highly preferred) A degree in hospitality, communications, retail management, business, or a related field. Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed retail sales goals. Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage comfortably with high-profile clients and build lasting rapport. Highly professional and polished presentation with strong attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple calendars, appointments, and client interactions efficiently. Proven experience with POS systems and appointment booking platforms; strong computer literacy. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience. Knowledge or willingness to become highly knowledgeable in skincare, supplements, wellness therapies, and holistic health trends. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times, with strict adherence to HIPAA and company policies. Positive, approachable, and empathetic demeanor with a natural passion for creating memorable client experiences. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and client needs in a fast-paced environment.
