This individual should have the capability and self-discipline it takes to manage one of our stores. The ideal candidate would possess strong communication skills, an exceptional sales background, a professional demeanor and presentation, and solid leadership skills. It is also important that this individual find enjoyment in helping others. To be considered, you must have a natural ability to relate, connect, build rapport, and work well with customers. A flexible schedule is ideal as our retail hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Do you have sales experience, but have never sold sleep products? No problem! Job Requirements:

Results-driven and service-oriented A fast thinker with high self-motivation Demonstrates honesty and integrity High energy with a positive, inviting personality Minimum two (2) years of retail sales experience Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience Two (2) years goal-based sales experience (Preferred) Two (2) years of management experience (Preferred) Proficient computer skills Ability and willingness to work some weekends, evenings, and holidays Ability to pass a background and drug screen Minimum High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver’s license

Duties:

As a Bed’r Mattress Store Manager, your focus will be selling sleep systems, solutions, and accessories, while taking responsibility for the overall growth and success of the store you oversee. This will include but is not limited to: Providing exceptional guest service while driving sales Maintaining awareness of competitor’s advertisements and services offered Participating in assigned training and development initiatives to remain current on products, offerings, and programs Ensuring merchandise and POP is current, consistent, and displayed appropriately Ensuring assigned stores are to company standards, while policies are followed Tracking store trends and creating and implementing growth strategies

Salary:

$26,400 base plus commission and bonus. Uncapped earning potential .

$45,000 – $70,000
