This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead a team, manage inventory, and ensure smooth business operations while fostering a positive work environment.

What You’ll Do:

Work 5 days a week, 30-40 hours per week , including some weekends and holidays if needed Create and manage employee schedules to ensure efficient coverage. Oversee inventory , including placing orders and making supply runs when items are unavailable online . Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards. Train and support team members to uphold Blossom Bowls’ high standards of service and quality. Assist with cash management , including securing change from the bank when necessary. Handle minor customer service issues and ensure a positive guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:
