Food Service and Retail Manager Pioneer College Caterers 7900 Johnson Drive, Knoxville, TN 37920 Values-based contract food service management company searching for an experienced food service manager to become part of our team. The position manages the FOH for the campus dining hall and retail operations at Johnson University. Primary manager who would oversee lunch and dinner service. Evening closer position during the week and may require occasional weekend coverage. Two years of food service experience required. Experience in quick service restaurants a must.
