Post-Closer/Escrow Specialist Renaissance Title and Escrow LLC Knoxville, TN 37922 Become Our Post-Closer/Escrow Specialist at Renaissance Title & Escrow Seeking a detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple tasks, maintaining oversight of ongoing transactions, and collaborating productively with colleagues to ensure a seamless closing process. This position requires taking ownership of critical duties, from preparing curative documents to completing post-closing activities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviewing title commitments to confirm all requirements are satisfied. Clearing outstanding items by requesting payoff statements, gathering HOA letters, and addressing potential delays. Preparing closing documents in a thorough and timely manner. Coordinating with lenders by providing preliminary title documents, reviewing closing packages, balancing financial data, and supplying fee quotes. Preparing fee quotes when requested and finalizing settlement statements promptly. Shipping closed files, including verifying recording fees and submitting 1099 information. Reviewing closing documents for proper execution, disbursing funds according to the closing disclosure, and setting up or releasing wires as needed. Assisting with post-closing inquiries to ensure a complete and efficient closing experience. Supporting closings as required, adhering to company policies, fulfilling supervisory assignments, and adapting to new challenges within a dynamic work setting.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
At least three years of experience in title insurance. A team player is looking to pitch in where necessary. Organized, multitasker with attention to detail. Friendly, client driven. A loyal following is advantageous but not mandatory. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is considered a plus. Familiarity with standard industry practices.
