In this role, you will be responsible for preparing the store for daily operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers, and supporting sales efforts at our Halls retail location. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of helping individuals achieve self-sufficiency through employment. Responsibilities Open the store promptly and prepare it for daily operations. Ensure that merchandise is stocked and organized on the sales floor. Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store environment. Support sales initiatives by promoting products effectively. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
