Assistant Store Manager Are you a motivated leader who’s passionate about great food and outstanding service? Rick’s Barbecue is looking for a reliable and energetic Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations and inspire our team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

Support the General Manager in all aspects of store operations Lead and train team members, ensuring top-notch performance and morale Manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling Ensure high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and customer service Step in as acting manager when needed Help drive sales, control costs, and maintain a safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of leadership experience (restaurant or retail preferred) Strong communication and decision-making skills Great at multitasking and staying organized High school diploma or equivalent required A passion for people and great service
