Trusses are produced in a safe and efficient manner and are delivered on time. Truss Stock inventory levels are held at min/max level. Maintain a two week maximum lead time with orders. Production of trusses is profitable. Cost and profit to stay at or above a 35% margin. The company culture is supported and spread throughout the workforce. Weekly department reports are completed and quality and profitability communicated.
