Duties Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store standards. Conduct training development programs to enhance team performance and product knowledge. Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours. Supervise staff performance, providing constructive feedback and conducting regular evaluations. Implement effective selling techniques to maximize revenue, including pricing strategies and promotions. Interview potential candidates to build a strong team aligned with company values. Stay informed about company nationwide promotions and have your team ready. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role. Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent training development abilities to foster employee growth. Creation of an accurate truck order once a week. Retrieving needed products locally as needed when shortages occur. Ability to effectively manage shifts and supervise team members in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and staff alike. Barista experience is a strong plus.
