Store Manager Auto Titles of Columbia 1407 Carmack Boulevard, Columbia, TN 38401 Pay range is not set and is negotiable at time of interview based on experience. Locally owned company with multiple locations and advancement opportunities! Title loan/paycheck loan/collection experience needed. Requirements do included a willingness and ability to learn systems and procedures, positive attitude, clear communication skills Available to work 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Duties Include Provide exceptional customer service to help develop new customers relationships and help maintain existing relationships. Meet or exceed company growth goals Oversee financial system and cash flow Responsible for internal audits , state audits, loan approval / loan rejection. Communicate all title and loan products clearly to customers Document all collection activities daily Create and maintain accurate customer files and documentation daily Ability to handle cash and balance multiple cash drawers File necessary applications with the state Maintain and manage repossession accounts while working effectively with repossession companies Keep a clean and welcoming work environment
