Description Join National Dentex – a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Rogers Dental Lab in Athens, TN for a Full Time Technical Advisor. The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday and subject to change from time to time. Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the
Position:
+ Process outgoing calls to customer in a timely manner. + Facilitate assigned technical area technical calls. + Coordinate technical training with vendor representatives for the laboratory team members. + Complete an “administrative quality inspection” on all cases, including checking items on the work ticket, prescription, billing accuracy, and adding personal notes where appropriate. + Analyze remakes by customer and ensure any issues are resolved. + Participate in department meetings to share customer feedback. + Review Final QC data with department manager for resolution. + Work with sales team members and assist with programs as needed. + All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
+ Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English. + Must have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products. + Verbally communicate via telephone maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. + Verbally communicate with all levels of laboratory team members maintaining a positive demeanor. + Takes initiative. + Excellent listening skills. + Attention to detail.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:

High school diploma or GED equivalent. +

Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental environment. +

Production experience. +

+ All office equipment.
Physical Requirements:
+ Perform tasks at multiple workstations. + Standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
