As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store performance, inventory control, and staff development in a retail environment. Responsibilities Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Oversee cash register operations, ensuring accurate transactions and proper cash handling procedures. Conduct regular inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster professional growth and developmen. Maintain a clean, organized store environment that reflects brand standards. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with upper management on strategic planning and operational improvements. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to sell products effectively. Proficiency in math for handling transactions and inventory management. Experience with cash register systems and point-of-sale technology, preferred. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills.
