Responsibilities:

• Assist the store manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist customers with their purchases and help them find the products they need
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
• Train and supervise retail sales associates to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising products
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
• Support the store manager in implementing sales strategies to drive revenue

Skills:

• Assistant manager experience in a retail environment preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle phone inquiries professionally
• Experience in wireless sales or retail sales is a plus
• Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus
