Role:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Seasonal Retail Manager to lead our retail operations for our Fall Festival. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using point-of-sale systems (Square) and thrive in a fast-paced, festive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day retail operations during the Fall Festival season Coordinate inventory receiving, tracking, and organization Stock shelves and ensure product displays are appealing, clean, and fully stocked Set up and tear down product displays and fixtures as needed Scan products and enter items into the Square POS system Train and assist staff with Square POS operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized retail area

Requirements:

Prior retail or merchandising experience (supervisory experience preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with Square or similar point-of-sale systems Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings during festival dates Positive attitude and strong leadership skills Bonus Skills (not required but a plus): Visual merchandising experience Festival or event work experience Inventory software experience
