Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team!

Duties:

• Support the Sales Manager in achieving new construction sales targets and goals
• Assist in scheduling new construction consultations
• Creating quotes for new construction inquiries
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Analyze pool & spa water
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales

Skills:

• Experience in store management or retail sales
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and ability to operate a cash register
• Proficiency in communication
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
