The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen understanding of sales strategies. As the Grocery Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring that our store meets the highest standards of quality and service. Responsibilities Lead and manage the grocery department team to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and pricing strategies to maximize sales. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance through regular feedback and coaching. Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the onboarding process. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for customers. Develop promotional strategies to increase sales and attract customers. Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies. Utilize strong phone etiquette when communicating with vendors and customers. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall store performance. Experience Proven experience in retail management or grocery operations is preferred. Strong sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and maximizing profitability.
