Job Description

Overview:

Regional Quality Manager We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives and oversee the continued development of our Quality Management System (QMS). This position plays a key role in ensuring our operational processes align with internal standards and customer expectations. The Quality Manager will work cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement, lead quality audits, and champion a culture of excellence across all departments. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Oversee the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer requirements, and company standards.
Monitor KPIs and lead reporting on quality performance and improvement initiatives.
Manage internal/external audits, vehicle inspections, and warranty trend analysis.
Serve as the main contact for customer quality concerns and lead resolution efforts.
Supervise and develop QA staff while driving continuous improvement and cost-saving projects. Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within quality, manufacturing, or automotive environments.
Knowledge of quality systems and methodologies (SOPs, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, visual factory management).
Experience with

ISO 9001

standards and familiarity with Mil-STD-105E (or willingness to train).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a focus on team development.
Flexible availability for multiple shifts, extended hours, and weekends.
