Our mission is to run community convenience stores made exceptional by fresh, local products and good, friendly people. EZ Stop is seeking nice people to provide an excellent customer experience in our stores. The Shift Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store employees during your shift Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product presentation Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed Oversee cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers Train and mentor new employees, providing guidance and support Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Address any operational issues promptly and effectively Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Deliver on our promise of Nice People. Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a supervisory role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficient in basic math and comfortable handling cash transactions Ability to work any shift based on business needs to include nights, weekends, and holidays
