Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Bicycle Retail Professional to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with 4+ years of bike shop experience , who is ready to bring their knowledge, energy, and drive to a high-performance, customer-focused environment. If you’re passionate about cycling, eager to share your expertise, and excited to help grow a thriving cycling community—this is the place for you.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to riders of all levels Guide customers through bike purchases, fittings, and service recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and visually engaging retail space Support inventory management, merchandising, and special orders Stay up to date with industry trends, new technology, and cycling culture Work closely with the sales and service team to support shop goals and community events
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in bicycle retail or service Deep knowledge of road, gravel, and mountain bikes and cycling accessories Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to hustle, help out wherever needed, and thrive in a team atmosphere Passion for cycling and community engagement Weekend availability and flexibility during events
