The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and have a passion for sales and product demonstrations. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your role will also involve social media management to promote our products and engage with our community. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Manage cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy in transactions and maintaining the cash register. Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales reporting. Conduct product demos to educate customers about our offerings and drive sales. Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Engage in social media management to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a collaborative atmosphere. Assist in training new staff on customer service protocols and operational procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area to provide an inviting shopping experience. Experience Previous experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service background with the ability to handle diverse customer needs effectively. Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with retail math concepts. Experience with social media platforms for business promotion is a plus. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader customer base. Demonstrated sales experience, particularly in product demonstrations or promotions, is beneficial.
