Job Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Store Manager to lead a potential Memphis location. This role is responsible for building a high-performing team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving store performance.

Compensation and Benefits:

Monthly bonus potential up to 33% of annual salary based on store’s sales as a % of company sales Additional bonuses and retention incentives based on company competitions and seasonal performance Health Insurance , Short-Term Disability (STD), and Long-Term Disability (LTD)

Paid Time Off:

2 weeks PTO, with opportunity to earn additional days Full training and support — no retail management experience required if you bring energy and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

Hire, train, and lead a strong sales team Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service Manage inventory, stock levels, and floor transitions Maintain clean, visually engaging product displays Oversee in-store events and marketing execution Resolve customer concerns and build lasting relationships Meet or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals

Qualifications:

Retail experience preferred; management or leadership experience is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Sales-driven and customer-focused Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and assisting with visual resets Flexible schedule — ability to work weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer functions Why Work With Us?
