JOB DESCRIPTION
Returns Supervisor
DESCRIPTION
Supervise and manage the returns department staff to ensure efficient processing of returned products. Develop and implement return policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction. Coordinate with other departments such as inventory management and customer service to resolve any discrepancies related to returns. Monitor and analyze return trends to identify potential issues and opportunities for process improvements. Train and mentor team members on best practices for handling returns and maintaining accurate records. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards pertaining to product returns. Prepare and present regular reports on return metrics and departmental performance to senior management. Monitor, review and ensure adequate stock of all materials, supply items, and inventory items Coordinate the disposition of obsolete or scrap inventory Report hazardous conditions / any job-related injury or illness to the employer and seek treatment promptly Ensure all quality standards and safety regulations are being followed Perform other duties as needed to support the plant and purchasing needs
REQUIREMENTS
A.S in Business Management or 4 years’ experience in related field Able to complete all mandatory training and receive proper certifications An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills Demonstrate accuracy, proficiency and thoroughness Demonstrate ability to meet productivity standards Excellent customer service orientation Able to sit, walk, and move around for long hours at a time
