Duties Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize performance. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business development. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth. Oversee account management activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills in technical sales and negotiation.
