Responsibilities:

Skyrocket store performance by delegating tasks and holding yourwork fam accountable for reaching operational and customer servicestandards Mentor and coach your work fam to develop the skillsneeded to keep our customers smiling, and provide feedback to theGeneral Manager on their performance Build a positive store cultureas a role model of Sheetz Performance Standards Knock the sockz offour customers with top-tier service and total customer focus Keepthingz safe by following regulatory and compliance standards Stepin and complete Team Member tasks as needed Hit the road toassigned stores outside of your home store as needed

Qualifications:

The ability to multi-task, perform repeatedbending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40pounds. Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requiresSupervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
