Store Operations Manager/Assistant Store Operations Manager Apple Creek Creamery 211 Forest Circle, Jonesborough, TN 37659 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. As a Store Operations Manager/Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming experience for our customers. Pay offer will be determined based on experience of the candidate. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing and fulfilling their order. Maintain knowledge of product to maintain supply. Operate point of sale system and process transactions accurately. Maintain a balanced cash drawer. Perform opening and closing activities independently Consistently maintain a clean, sanitary work space. Provide leadership support by training new employees as needed. Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Knowledgable and practiced in food safety Previous experience in sales, customer service, and/or food service is preferred but not required Must be on-time, dependable, and responsible Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high energy environment Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Efficiency in operating a point of sale system and maintain a balanced cash drawer Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage customers positively Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities when necessary Knowledge of inventory control processes is beneficial for communicating and maintaining stock levels efficiently A proactive attitude and self motivated Join us in delivering outstanding service to our customers while contributing to the success of Apple Creek Creamery!
