We are recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in launching this new location. General Purpose Assist Store Manager with daily operations for optimum performance Key Tasks and Responsibilities Oversee all daily opening and closing task are completed Assist in training new sales staff Oversee that Receiving and Shipping is completed daily Complete daily audits and reports for management Motivate Sales Associates to achieve sales goals and objectives Develop staff to maximize potential Monitor sales performance Resolve issues and problem solve Delegate work duties as needed Allocate use of available resources Insure store is stocked and organized Support sales associates in all areas Education & Training High school diploma or equivalent preferred Knowledge and Experience Knowledge of customer service principles and processes Knowledge of sales principles Relevant firearms product knowledge and training Experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment Core Competencies Good communication skills Initiative Customer service oriented Persuasiveness Patience High Energy Level Adaptability Integrity Working Conditions Able to work in a fast pace environment Able to stand for extended periods Stress tolerance Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
