Full Job Description What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities:
Requires a commitment to lead and mentor a team of NDE/NDT personnel Oversee and manage all laboratory and field operations Oversee projects and perform technical report reviews, prepare proposals and management of the NDE department and group related P&L Assist other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions Interact with senior staff members and mentor junior staff members Assist with recruiting and maintaining an adequate staff level in your group
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years of NDE experience ASNT Level III NDE certification
