Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day operations of the retail store and attached warehouse Lead and develop a small team of employees to deliver excellent customer service Monitor inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure products are properly stocked Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace for both customers and employees Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and general staff supervision Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently Learn product details and support customers with helpful, solution-based service Implement store processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement
