Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Manager to run daily operations and contribute to the growth and success of our store. This individual will play an integral role in store management, curating a unique shopping experience, and building lasting relationships within the community. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, a keen eye for design, exceptional leadership skills and a desire to create meaningful, authentic connections with both clients and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a personalized, welcoming atmosphere for each client. Offer styling advice, product recommendations, and ensure every customer feels valued and understood.

Team Leadership:

Managing and mentoring the team to ensure smooth operations, maintain high standards of service, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Support training and development initiatives to help team members grow in their roles.

Sales & Inventory Management:

Drive sales, manage inventory, organization of Stock, and maintaining visual displays.

Community Engagement:

Actively represent the store within the community. Participate in and organize events such as trunk shows, community events and collaborations with designers to increase brand visibility and community engagement.

Visual Merchandising:

Create visually captivating displays that highlight key collections and seasonal trends, ensuring the boutique remains inviting and aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.

Marketing & Social Media:

Assist in providing marketing and social media content.

Qualifications:

Passion for

Fashion:

A genuine passion for high-end fashion, design, and creative expression. Strong interest in staying up-to-date on industry trends and design innovations.

Relationship Builder:

Excellent communication skills with a knack for building and nurturing relationships with designers, clients, and the broader fashion community.

Leadership Skills:

Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team. Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a retail environment is a plus.

Fashion Knowledge:

Strong understanding of fashion history, designers, collections, and trends. A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify unique, standout pieces.

Customer-Centric:

Enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience.

Event Planning:

Experience in organizing and participating in fashion-related events, trunk shows, or community initiatives is a plus.

Strong Organizational Skills:

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
