Requirements & Must-Haves:
Active Real Estate License (Required) Weekend Availability (Required) Sales experience in real estate, retail, leasing, hospitality, or new home sales Strong communication, listening, and closing skills Professional appearance and demeanor Self-motivated and eager to learn Detail-oriented with excellent writing skills and daily CRM use Ability to build relationships with Realtors, brokers, and prospects Comfortable hosting grand openings, client events, and Realtor outreach
