The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge of smoke shop products, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge. This is a full-time , in-person position offering opportunities for growth within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet customers and assist them in locating products that meet their needs. Perform product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits. Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to questions and resolving issues promptly. Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash and credit card payments. Apply upselling techniques to recommend additional or complementary products. Maintain organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing merchandise displays. Support inventory management through basic retail math and restocking practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Prior retail or smoke shop experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills. Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations. Proficient in basic math for transaction handling and inventory tasks. Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling techniques. Understanding of stock management and visual merchandising principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
