Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and communications. Process orders, handle invoicing, and ensure timely delivery of products. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, shipping) to fulfill customer requirements. Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documents as needed. Help organize and maintain product samples and promotional materials. Attend sales meetings and assist in scheduling appointments with clients. Support in preparing for trade shows, events, or client visits.
