Operations Assistant Teckton Corporation 5428 Market Street, Springdale, AR 72764 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our warehouse and office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset. This role involves managing front desk responsibilities, assisting with event planning, and providing administrative support to various departments. Duties Greet visitors and manage the warehouse, ensuring a welcoming environment. Organize and maintain inventory for easy access and retrieval. Able to operate a forklift, pull, deliver customer orders when needed Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist in event planning, coordinating logistics, and managing customer orders Support office operations by performing various administrative tasks as needed. Inside sales and order entry, accepting payments when needed Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Fluent Spanish speaking Ability to effectively transcribe information accurately and efficiently. Familiarity with event planning processes and calendar management is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
