We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team and provide administrative and operational support to our sales team. Position Summary As a Sales Support Specialist , you will serve as a critical link between customers, the sales team, and internal departments. You’ll assist in processing orders, preparing quotes, managing CRM data, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is looking to grow into a long-term career in sales operations or customer account management. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and generating invoices Enter and maintain customer and sales data within the CRM system. (Xero, Unleashed, Bitrix24) Respond to customer inquiries regarding lead times, order status, and product availability Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment Maintain accurate sales reports and assist in tracking department KPI’s Handle return authorizations (RMA) and warranty service requests Assist with sales documentation, presentations, and marketing support as needed Monitor SIM inventory, shipping statuses, and activation workflows Educate customers on using SIM platforms and QR-code-based activation processes Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude in all interactions Qualifications Required 0-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience working in a manufacturing or electronics environment Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Xero, Unleashed, Bitrix24)

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:

$17.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience)
