AT&T Sales Agent Responsibilities:
The AT&T Sales Agent will connect with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized sales solutions to fit their requirements depending on what they are looking for Work with our customer service and sales team to accommodate customers to find the perfect plan, upgrade, or promotion that they are looking for with their service Obtain knowledge on new product and service releases; To do this, work with our Senior Sales members to follow AT&T’s guide book and product policy procedure Work with our team to collaborate sales strategies, share customer insights, and stay on top as a telecommunications service provider in the area Provide timely customer support to all customer questions, ensuring every customer feels valued and if unsure of an answer follow up with the customer promptly
