The position will start as hourly, moving to salary after 90 days. Quarterly bonus structure based on performance. The right candidate would easily make $100k+ in the first year with upside income potential. We’re expanding and seeking an Executive Sales Assistant who is skilled in Artificial Intelligence Applications, detail oriented, precise, intuitive, and driven—someone who can support both the logistics of technology sales and the fast-paced nature of marketing deliverables . Your Role You will directly support the CEO, and CCO
- a highly-driven leaders in sales and marketing— known for vision, speed, and high expectations.
This is not a passive admin role. It’s a strategic role where your organization, communication, and multitasking will be central to success. You will need to have a strong fluency in AI tools, or at least some experience but a strong desire to dive in to AI tools to maximize efficiency. You also will need to be proficient with Microsoft suite especially excel, powerpoint as well as things like google drive, Outlook email and calendar, as you will be expected to utilize these tools daily to constantly improve efficiency. Core Responsibilities Working directly for the CEO, to manage calendar, meeting notes/action items/follow-ups. Utilize AI, and AI tools to automate and maximize efficiency to increase CEO sales output. Make outbound phone calls, emails, Linkedin messages to reach out to targeted prospects to set appointments Assist in preparing B2B proposals for wireless clients, both in tech distribution and marketing services Maintain CRM data, organize client records, and support outreach activities Coordinate and track sales orders, vendor communications, and inventory timelines Liaise between sales, creative, and logistics teams to keep deliverables on track Prepare reports, pitch decks, and meeting briefs with speed and accuracy Travel as needed to attend key meetings, presentations, and industry events. - this position is based in Coral Springs, FL, but you would need to be able to travel possibly a few times a month throughout the US to support in person meetings, presentations, events, and industry trade shows.
Experience & Qualifications 4 year degree, or comparable work experience Experience utilizing AI Tools for
Productivity and Automation:
