  Fort Lauderdale, FL Description We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Sales Agent to join our team.

This remote position is ideal for individuals passionate about healthcare sales, comfortable in a performance-driven environment, and eager to grow within a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Must hold an active resident Healthcare license in the state of residence
1+ years of sales experience required; Medicare experience is a plus
Make 150-200 outbound calls per day using an automatic dialer
Target a conversion rate of 20-35% and be comfortable leaving voicemails
Work with low-income individuals, the elderly, and veterans
Thrive in a high-sales, performance-driven environment
Must be empathetic and committed to long-term growth with the company
Primarily outbound experience preferred, though some inbound call experience is acceptable

Position Details:

100% remote; equipment provided
Contract with potential for hire after 525 hours
$18/hr during training, $20/hr post-training, plus $50 commission per medical policy written (paid monthly)

Training & Work Schedule:

Training:

Monday-Friday, 9 AM

• 5:30 PM EST (4 weeks)
  Must be on camera for ALL training sessions Shifts (assigned based on supervisor’s needs): 8:45 AM
• 5:30 PM EST (must work two late shifts per week)
  10:15 AM
• 7 PM EST (must work one late shift per week at 11:15 AM
• 8 PM)
  11:15 AM
