We are looking for a Sales Administrator/Showroom Sales Associate to assist outside sales staff and service showroom clients. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated Admin and Sales professional, an ‘out-of-the-box’ thinker with impeccable taste and the ability to follow-up and close sales.

Job Description:

Responsible assisting the sales staff fully supporting the company’s Sales and Marketing. The Sales Administrator/Associate will fully execute the responsibilities for this position in a timely and professional manner. The Assistant will also provide data entry into the company’s CRM for sales staff including but not limited to sales activities, proposal preparation and follow-up. Sales Administrator/Associate will be in the Hollywood, FL showroom. Responsibilities will include, reception of clients in the showroom, working with clients that come into the showroom assisting them in product selection, providing design assistance, proposals and follow-up as needed to meet the project’s requirements.

Responsibilities:

Setting or scheduling appointments for sales staff Coordinating the delivery of samples Preparation of Sales Opportunities and Proposals/Quotes Obtain pricing and lead time information from the factories Following up with clients on outstanding proposals as needed/requested Requesting and follow up on renderings (drawings showing what the rug will look like) needed to go along with Proposals from the Graphics Department Requesting samples needed by sales staff by providing information to the Sales Support Specialist to properly log samples sent out to clients and returned from clients Assist clients and/or sales staff in the showroom as needed Provide showroom clients with design assistance in selecting goods suitable for their project’s design requirements Creating/maintaining orderly project (proposal) folders on the server Data Entry for the sales staff into the company’s CRM “Results” (previous experience preferred).

Data will include:

Creating Contacts, Sales Opportunities, Proposals/Quotes, Appointments, and Client/Staff follow up activities Assist CEO and COO as requested, may include phone correspondence, or sales follow up, etc. Answering phones for the office/showroom

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree or related experience Fully authorized to work in the US Fluent in spoken and written English Fluency in Spanish, written and spoken, is a plus Familiar with CRM’s and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Ability to compute areas of different shapes and calculate costs
