Full Job Description About Our Team:

Working at BFF Puppies is not a job, it’s a commitment and a community of those who work together for the love of puppies. We need all hands on deck to ensure we are operating efficiently. Our stores offer multiple shifts throughout the early morning, day, and evening hours in addition to alternating weekend days. All employees will be cross-trained in the following areas:

Animal Care:

Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, cleaning kennels, grooming, exercising, and monitoring health and behavior.

Sanitation :

Maintain clean and hygienic facilities, including sweeping, mopping, wiping down counters and surfaces to ensure cleanliness and help maintain the bathroom and other common areas.

Customer Service:

Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about animals, products, and services, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Sales Support:

Help with the sale of pet supplies and assist the sales team

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the kennel and retail area.
