In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work effectively in both outside sales environments and retail settings. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they can help us reach a broader market. This job is 1099 so you will not be working directly for the company. This job can be full-time or part-time depending on your situation and eagerness. It is a fully commission based job; so the amount you make is really up to you and the amount of effort you are willing to put in. There is no cap on commission! You will be provided with samples as sales materials as well. Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote products and services.
• Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize on market approaches and sales techniques.
• Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Ability to maintain an inventory checklist for samples and customers.
• Must be able to navigate a CRM Experience
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or outside sales environments.
• Knowledge of the botanicals industry and especially botanical beverages would be a great advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with cold calling is beneficial.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
