Entry Level Sales Agent Responsibilities:

Initiate conversations with potential customers in a customer-facing environment to spread brand awareness and generate sales opportunities for the sales team Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to strengthen the client’s reputation and generate repeat business Present and promote our full range of available products and services by presenting product demos to homeowners Recommend the best solutions and remain well-informed of current industry trends, competitors, and telecommunications services on the market Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals consistently working closely with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge Provide accurate reporting of sales activities and results to management on a daily and weekly basis

What We Require From Our Entry Level Sales Agents:

High school diploma or equivalent Upbeat and outgoing personality combined with excellent people skills Strong business acumen and public speaking abilities in both large and small groups Ability to work in a team-based environment with a positive attitude Track record for effective problem-solving and strong negotiation skills
