Vero Beach, FL, US General Function We seek a detail-oriented Data Processing & Sales Agent to handle order entry and data input across multiple channels while supporting our order processing and Sales teams. This role combines accurate data entry for business orders with mail-in order processing and order accuracy review. While this roles primary function is to assist the data processing & sales team, on occasion, light reception duties will be needed. Key Responsibilities Order Entry & Data Management (Primary Responsibilities) Process orders from email, phone, and online platforms Enter mail-in orders with accurate customer information, product details, and pricing Review and verify order completeness before processing Escalate discrepancies while maintaining order tracking Business Account Support (Primary Responsibilities) Collaborate with Sales Team and Account Managers on high-volume accounts Assist with account setup, order templates, and customer profile maintenance Maintain detailed records of account preferences, pricing, and order history Assist with payment collection & invoicing Reception & Administrative Support (Secondary Responsibilities) Serve as secondary receptionist, greeting visitors and managing front desk operations Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Manage visitor check-in process and notify appropriate personnel Maintain reception area appearance and organization Assist with reception breaks Education, Experience & Qualifications Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years of data entry experience 2+ years of customer service experience Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook and Word with advanced Excel skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional phone manner and reception experience preferred Professional demeanor handling customer information Skills & Attributes Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and demeanor Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to maintain composure under pressure Physical Demands & Work Environment Physical Demands Sit for extended periods while processing orders and handling calls Stand and walk frequently for reception duties and mail distribution Use hands to handle or feel materials, packages, and office equipment Reach with hands and arms for filing, mail sorting, and reception tasks Talk and hear clearly for phone and in-person communication Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly for mail and package handling Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds for special deliveries or office supplies
