Administrative / Sales Assistant Unseen Screens Fort Myers, FL 33966 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is essential in maintaining effective communication within the office and with clients, contributing to the overall success of our organization. Duties Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are up to date. Collaborate with team members on projects and provide assistance as needed. Support sales efforts by maintaining customer databases and assisting with client follow-ups. Facilitate communication between departments to enhance workflow. Qualifications Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. A background in sales is a plus but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
