AT&T Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

Advocate for both current and prospective customers and businesses by offering tailored product and service solutions that align with their specific needs Craft foundational presentations, quotations, and proposals for individual businesses as required Drive sales and product awareness by cultivating, nurturing, and maintaining strong business and customer relationships Expedite the resolution of customer concerns to ensure optimal satisfaction and retention Monitor sales performance and status reports within the region to establish and achieve future sales and account management goals Compile and deliver detailed reports on customer data to management as necessary Assess the competitive landscape, including monitoring new product launches and pricing adjustments by rivals to help local businesses

AT&T Sales Assistant Requirements:

Professional experience in sales, account management, or customer service is preferred.
