Design Within Reach at MillerKnoll is the perfectopportunity for you to start or grow your career in the interiordesign industry. Our Sales Assistants receive exposure to varyingaspects of sales, operations, inventory management, interiordesign, and retail visuals. Your success in this role will bemeasured by providing exceptional customer service, being a teamplayer, building relationships, and supporting your peers in allfacets of the business. You will report to the Assistant Manager.

What you’ll do: You’ll have opportunities to: Assist with salessupport and post-sale follow-up, including processing EAD requests,placing orders, resolving delivery issues, completing specialorders, and processing part requests. Assist Account Executiveswith providing excellent client services. Work with Regional VisualManager to maintain studio appearance and comply with visualmerchandising standards. Maintain and assist in ordering inventoryfor all Studio marketing collateral, seasonal promotional items,office supplies, swatch samples, update vendor and pricinginformation, and escalating any facilities issues. Attend Studiomeetings, product training, and utilize the Design Within Reachwebsite and catalog to increase product and design knowledge.

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills whenresponding to our clients via phone, email, or on paper aroundspecific inquiries, client issues, promotions, and Studio events.

Does this sound like you? This might be you if you have thefollowing: Background in retail sales or customer successpreferred. Proficiency with Mac OS, MS Office software, Gmail, andweb navigation. Exposure to 3-D rendering programs, Salesforceand/or POS operations preferred. Must be able to lift up to 20pounds and regularly move items. Who We Hire?
