Entry Level AT&T Assistant Responsibilities:

Listen attentively to customer and business owners inquiries to provide accurate information about AT&T’s products and services Assist customers in selecting the right plans, devices, and accessories based on their preferences Process transactions efficiently and ensure proper documentation Troubleshoot fundamental technical issues and guide customers in using their devices Build strong customer relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless sales process

Entry Level AT&T Assistant Qualifications:

Previous sales, technology or customer service experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor Basic knowledge of smartphones, tablets, and other communication devices Full-time opportunity available

Schedule:
