Administrative Assistant We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our HRT team to assist with front-desk duties and various operational functions. Having formal training and experience with anti-aging medicine and hormone replacement therapy is a plus. This is an entry-level office position where on-the-job training will be given. We need someone who can work independently and problem solve. I am looking for a leader who can also sale our services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain inventory records.
  • Process and manage invoices.
  • Handle email correspondence efficiently.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and create reports for management.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
  • Required
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish
  • speaking and writing)
  • Strong people skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can work independent, problem solver
  • Computer skills: General use and web navigation without assistance
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • QuickBooks knowledge is preferred
Preferred:
  • 2+ years of office/administrative experience but not required.
