Role:

As a Veneers Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our veneer services. This is not a typical front desk role — it’s a sales-focused position where your communication and people skills will directly impact our growth and patient satisfaction. You’ll receive full training to become confident in explaining our services, answering questions, and guiding patients through their journey.

What You’ll Do:

Actively promote and sell veneer treatments to prospective and existing patients. Educate patients on the benefits and process of veneers in a friendly, professional manner. Follow up with leads from various platforms and assist in closing sales. Schedule consultations and maintain clear communication with patients. Build relationships that lead to referrals, reviews, and patient loyalty . Stay informed about promotional offers and explain them to interested clients. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering a premium experience.

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Confident, clear communicator with a warm and persuasive approach. Goal-oriented and excited by performance-based incentives.
